If you would like to train with a friend or relative we have the answer for you. Partner training is an effective way to train with someone and help keep each other motivated and save a little money too.

small group training

Small group training consists of small groups of 10 or smaller. These workouts are 45 to 60 minutes in length.  We keep them small so our trainers can keep an eye on you to make sure proper form is maintained.

Why Fitmate training?

At fitmate training we are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. With over 15 years experience as a personal trainer I know how to help.There are many different ways to train and depending on what your experience is, your goals, and time you have available to train we will maximize your efforts.  Getting you to where you want to be is our main focus.  I have advanced certifications in weight management and working with seniors as well as sports conditioning.
